MODEL CHRISTION'S WORKOUT



The 6'1" former college basketball player and current showoffyourbikini.com model Christian let's us in on how she keeps her body in perfect show off your bikini condition.  She says her cardio consists of running three miles before she starts very intense workout to keep those long model legs toned.

Running =   3 miles daily


To maintain that tight and flat somache, Christian works her abs by doing crunches, sit ups, and flutter kicks daily

300  Crunches

200 Sit Ups

200 Flutter Kicks

To round out her workout regimen, she does squats, lunges, and mountain climbers daily to maintain her leg strength and also to develop that perfect symmetry between her lovely bikini bottom(booty) and those long legs.

200 Mountain Climbers

200 Squats

200 Lunges

To keep her skin healthy she uses cocoa butter, vitamin e oil and aloe vera.
